The new sales department for GM vehicles and the finance department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in t department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in the service department was horrendous. They were lazy did not respond. The manager in the department was unavailable for over four hours. I waited for a return phone call for assistance for over four hours. Until I walked in and Mr. Mike blue took my information and he promptly handled the issue. Congrats to him for stepping up. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Edwin was ready with the tag and car information as soon as I pulled up. He said it would be ready in 1.5 hours. Ran a couple of errands within that Edwin was ready with the tag and car information as soon as I pulled up. He said it would be ready in 1.5 hours. Ran a couple of errands within that time. When I walked back into the service department my name was be called out indicating my vehicle was ready. They gave me a paper stating the work that had been done and the condition of other parts from the inspection. Vehicle is running great. Overall, a great experience. More
