Since the new ownership took over, as far as the service department, I can honestly say, its amazing how smooth everything seems to be. My experience before was really bad. Now I have the best service advi department, I can honestly say, its amazing how smooth everything seems to be. My experience before was really bad. Now I have the best service advisor that anyone could ask for, Edwin Chan. He takes his time listening to my concerns and explains to me, in words I can understand. He has amazing customer service skills, very rare these days. All the staff in the service department work as a team, everyone is friendly and very helpful. With all the new changes, which I'm sure took a lot of training to get everyone on the same page to work as the great team they now are, is such a great improvement. Thank you for that More
