Bill, the service manager was incredibly helpful and understanding of the need to take extra special care of my late son’s 2016 ATS that was purchased at Otto Cadillac. He went above and beyond to deal understanding of the need to take extra special care of my late son’s 2016 ATS that was purchased at Otto Cadillac. He went above and beyond to deal with the warranty company that my son purchased his extended warranty through and made sure everything was covered and that the two repairs and even one that I was not aware was needed were completed professionally and timely.
