My second auto-buying experience from INFINITI of KC was better than the first!
Erika Roush and Poula Fayek assisted me. They were very professional and knowledgeable while remaining appropriately sale focused without high pressure techniques. I bought my first QX60 in 2020 from Poula who was my salesperson. When I entered the showroom this time, he immediately recognized me. Because he is now a sales managers, he assigned Erika to assist me.
I was a bit disappointed the they had a small inventory of new cars and even more limited used cars. Erika and Poula explained that their inventory situation is nation-wide. They listened to me and found a car that met my needs. Although it is not exactly what I wanted (i.e. it does not have a light interior), I was determined to stay with INFINITI of KC because I've received excellent service from them with my first QX60. Brenden Shaw, my service manger, is a HUGE reason that I stayed with INFINITI of KC - AND - I really love my 2026 QX60 with it's quiet, smooth ride and upgraded technology.
