Hi Teresa, after your numerous Google reviews, complaints to the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, etc etc etc. Your complaints/concerns/etc are unfounded and untruthful. We have provided documentation to every involved party for their review, months ago. At this point the continued harassment is libel and will be pursued. Please have your Bronco Sport removed from our lot by the end of May, or we will have it removed at your expense.

I disagree with your characterization of my complaints as “untruthful” or “harassment.” My concerns have been based on documents and events surrounding the purchase transaction, including signatures and timing discrepancies that I have consistently disputed from the beginning. This is also my first Google review regarding this matter. I have exercised my right to file complaints with appropriate agencies and share my experience publicly. Nothing I have stated has been intentionally false or malicious. The public needs to be fully aware and that I have the right to do.

Alright. You have until 6pm CST on May 29th to remove your vehicle from our property, at that time it will be impounded. If it comes to that, we will notify you via certified mail where it is being stored.

Please note that I was unable to locate Chuck Anderson Ford listed with the Better Business Bureau, which raises additional concerns for the public & myself as a consumer. What I also find concerning is that the vehicle has reportedly been sitting on your lot for approximately three months, yet only after I publicly shared my experience am I now being threatened with removal expenses. That timing raises serious questions for me. Nothing I have stated has been intentionally false or malicious. Regarding the vehicle, please provide written confirmation of the legal basis for demanding removal, including whether the vehicle is currently considered abandoned, repossessed, or otherwise restricted from retrieval. I request that all future communication remain in writing or through public responses so there is full transparency regarding this matter.

If present on property at May 29th at 6:00pm CST, we will assume it as abandoned property and have it removed at the owner's expense. At that point we will notify you via certified mail the location and contact information for where its being stored. The vehicle is available for you to pickup at your convenience Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. This is the final communication until the certified letter after it has been removed from our property.

This situation could have been handled professionally and appropriately from the beginning. I also made numerous attempts to have the errors and misrepresentations corrected before matters ever became public. It also reflects poorly on the professionalism of this situation that the vehicle remained on your lot for almost 4 months without issue, yet only after I made a public complaint am I now being threatened with removal and impoundment expenses. Thank you for showing the public how these situations are being handled. At this point, my intention is to continue making my experience public so consumers are aware of my concerns regarding this transaction and how this matter was handled. This situation could have been resolved privately and professionally; I tried! however, that did not occur. I pray that nobody else has to go through an experience like this, especially when there have already been so many concerns raised by others. Any member of the public or community who would like to join myself and others in sharing their experience is welcome to reach out to me personally, as I intend to continue publicly sharing my experience along with others who have dealt with similar situations. Sorry, Nick Anderson, that you once again could not make this situation right despite having the opportunity to address and correct the concerns that were raised. Your statement that this will be your “final communication” is also noted.
