Most recent visit included a need for new tires at 55k and he showed me the list of choices and then mentioned his recommendations. No pressure for a particular choice, just knowledgeable opinions offered. Service is always on time and the waiting room is comfortable and provides freshly made coffee drinks if you enjoy that (I do). Only place we consider for service for both our CRV and HRV.

I was visiting a friend out of town, about 110 mi from my home. Upon arriving, I had a awful flat tire on a Friday afternoon. I wanted to return home the next day, and it was clear that the flat augmentation tool provided in the trunk would not be able to repair the tire and allow me to return home. Home. I called Hyundai assistance for towing the car to the local Hyundai dealer. I called the dealer and discussed with the service manager what my problem was, and he inquired as to my warranty coverage, etc on the tire. Could assess the tire, but we both agreed it may not be repairable. He promptly investigated whether a replacement tire would be available. He concluded it was. And then he asked about my coverage situation. I did not know exactly, but we hung up as he was about to call my dealer in Greenville, South Carolina. Carolina. He was able to tell me shortly thereafter that I had good coverage and likely would not incur a cost of repair or replacement. Two and a half hours later, my car was ready to pick up with a new tire installed and at no expense to me.

He sent videos of every car that I was interested in, along with the Carfax for each. Answered all my questions and assisted with the financing. I got a great rate, much better than Capital One quoted me! I plan to purchase my next vehicle at Beaver Toyota.
