It is a pleasure to write this 5 star review and share my very positive experience at RBM, Alpharetta. I am very appreciative of the competence and responsiveness of Daren Ball, Service Advisor, and the incredibly helpful information and further repairs from Jody Shellenbarger, Shop Foreman. It is great that each is so committed to competent service work, and to caring customer service; a fantastic experience. I really appreciate both Daren and Jody; thank you both! I brought my RV for service work, and even though I live out of town, when I am in the area travelling, I will be sure to make an appointment as needed. My RV is running great after the competent service at RBM. Again, thank you all! Bob G.

Had a great experience with Zoe. She was to the point, no soft selling and new her car details. Zoe responded to my inquiry within minutes had a Q7 and Q8 model ready to test drive upon arrival. Zoe, knows her cars, all the details of each and was very pleasant to work with.

I don't imagine many people head to Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta to buy a used Toyota, but I did. Paul Stith was my salesman and and treated me like I imagine he'd treat someone buying the latest fully loaded Maserati - so much patience and respect! The last time I looked at cars (at a different dealership), the salesman would only talk to my male friend, even though my friend made it clear (several times) we were looking for me. Paul was the opposite. He included my husband in conversations but addressed questions to me, handed me the key to test drive, etc. Simply put: Paul Stith is responsive, respectful, and knows his craft. He'll be our first call when we need to buy another vehicle.
