I continue to be bowled over by the excellence in client service at BMW of Raleigh. Their Sales staff aren’t just looking to “close the deal”, but provide valuable inputs and advice and MOST of all, are available to assist in the event of further queries or help as a part of after sales service. In particular, David Malette is a legend. On top of his excellent knowledge on the vehicles, he is very friendly, prompt in his communications and always makes sure that he finds a solution for you. I bought a brand new X6 from David / BMW of Raleigh in February 2025 and I needed to get a tire replaced after having driven over a nail. The Service department was backed up, but David still worked with me to help squeeze me into their schedule and was there to guide me throughout the process, even though he is a Salesperson and not a Service Advisor. He continues to go above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful for him. David and BMW of Raleigh have found a lifetime customer in me. I strongly recommend both David and BMW of Raleigh!
