We purchased a 2025 from Carolina last week. She was great. We evaluated multiple pre-owned Pilots and Passports, as well as a 2026 model in both before settling on a 2025 Pilot EXL. Carolina She was great. We evaluated multiple pre-owned Pilots and Passports, as well as a 2026 model in both before settling on a 2025 Pilot EXL. Carolina walked us through every step; she was never pushy. When we were reviewing the final price, she was very direct about where she had flexibility and where she did not. This was helpful. Because this was our third vehicle from Leith Honda in 5 years, the dealership have us a 3K discount on the purchase price for being loyal customers. That was very nice. When it was all done, Carolina handed us to Travis to close the deal. Pleasant experience with Leith yet again. More

Having purchased at least 12 vehicles in my lifetime, Carolina was the best I have ever had! She was phenomenal! We spoke over the phone. I wanted to confirm that pact we wanted was there.
