While I understand that his role involves pushing for additional products, I felt he became overly persistent and disengaged once he realized I wasn't interested in the extended warranty. The abrupt shift in his demeanor and the lack of a handshake after a significant purchase of over $35,000 left a negative impression. A more personable and courteous interaction would have been appreciated. I'd still recommend Leith for most competitive out the door price. More
