My first experience with Acton Toyota was when they helped me locate a reasonably priced used Toyota sienna to help with our move from Boston to Acton. Normally this would not be so impressive, but this was in the middle of the pandemic when used vehicles were very hard to come by and super expensive. Since then we have acquired two more Toyotas in our family, and all three have been serviced capably and reliably by the folks at Acton Toyota for the last five years. The capstone to this story is that I have just leased my newest vehicle from them, a 2025 RAV4 PHEV, Which they also helped me procure when stock was very thin on the ground during the run up to the rebates expiring. They helped me find one and get into it just before the rebates went away. They have always been very clear and helpful with their communications, the sales team is never hard-sell in any way, the service department Always provides clear explanations of their estimates and the repairs they plan to do, and all in all we are very happy being a four Toyota family with Acton Toyota!

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

🚨 Do NOT Trust Richard Radlo– Dishonest Dealer Alert 🚨 I bought a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer from Richard just four months ago. He assured me that the car was in perfect condition and even said he personally knew the previous owner, so he could vouch for how well the car was maintained. He claimed it had been inspected bumper-to-bumper by his technicians and was completely road-ready. Well, that turned out to be a lie. Just a few months later, I had the car looked at by another dealership—and they found that two of the tires were dangerously worn, with the tread measuring under 3! They even provided video proof with the actual measuring tool showing the low tread. When I called Richard to address it, he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do unless he “saw the tires.” He also accused the other dealerships of lying, even though I had clear evidence. When I pointed that out, he had nothing to say and refused to reimburse or help in any way. Richard talks a good game, but he sold me an unsafe vehicle and took no accountability when called out. Please don’t fall for his charm—he will lie to make a sale and leave you hanging afterward. Go somewhere reputable. You deserve honesty.
