The entire Service team at Herb Chambers did an excellent job servicing my Honda CRV. When I brought in for the Honda-mandated safety recall, I was expecting to be there for at least 2 hours. But they completed the whole job in less than 90 minutes and texted me the video to show exactly what they were doing. Ashley Sullivan, at the counter, was also excellent. Friendly, professional, and very efficient in handling everything, as well as giving me a good reco for a nearby body shop. Thanks, Ashley!

That didn't stop Jeremy from taking time to greet me but also ask very specific questions to get the ball rolling. I had a great experience I drove approximately 50 mi away from my house to get there because they had a used car I was looking at My salesman was great my finance manager was very helpful as well I said no to a lot of the extras and he did not push or insult like a lot of the other places do it was a no haggle price on the car and they actually gave me $1,000 more for my trade than everybody else it was a high mileage vehicle I thought it was worth more but Kelley Blue book came in it 2,000 bucks Max. I would definitely go back there for another car purchase but not for one of those $150,000 Cadillacs. maybe someday

They advocated for me with Honda America took care of my issues through Honda Warranties. From my first noting the issue, to their advocating for me with Honda, to professionally and painlessly addressing my concerns to their advocacy, they deserve a thumbs up. I tend not to rely on dealerships for servicing, but I must say I feel very good about trusting Honda North and building a relationship with them for years to come.
