Having little experience with car dealers I kinda expected a person like Jack Lemon's character right out of the movie Glenngarry Glen Ross. So I walked out of the dealership feeling quite okay about the experience. I was referred to Toyota of Nashua. From the moment I made my first call to manager Anthony Marino I got a good impression. I was told come up at my convenience. When I arrived outside I received a very friendly carefree greeting from Michael Howard, not realizing he was a sales rep. He assisted me into the building to introduce me to manager Anthony. Together we discussed what I was looking for. Being a hot commodity, there were no Grand Highlanders on the lot but they were able to find me exactly what I was hoping for from the color to options important to me. Michael Howard took me under his wing, with a no pressure experienced presentation about the vehicle, explaining the options and their functions and made sure this was the vehicle I wanted. We went over the costs and I was given a bottom line out of the door offer. I was very pleased with the offer and appreciated the no haggle going back & forth on price. After making sure I thoroughly understood everything, the vehicle was put in the system Sold and in transit to Toyota of Nashua. Michael made me feel like I made a new friend. The extra time I spent at the dealership was because Michael gave me his time making sure he answered all my questions. The vehicle arrived a few days later. It was exactly what I wanted and more! Micheal sat in the car with me & thoroughly went over everything in the vehicle, making sure I understood. After that came the fun part, financing! I was introduced to Kyle who listened to how I wanted to proceed about financing. He found me a great interest rate. Kyle was very kind and friendly.
