Having little experience with car dealers I kinda expected a person like Jack Lemon's character right out of the movie Glenngarry Glen Ross. Instead I was greeted by Mike Howard who was very down to expected a person like Jack Lemon's character right out of the movie Glenngarry Glen Ross. Instead I was greeted by Mike Howard who was very down to earth and friendly "not in a salesman kind of way!" He was human! We talked. We discussed my needs. So I walked out of the dealership feeling quite okay about the experience. I wish we had discussed more about ski diving but hey I was there to buy a car.He did help me solve some problems with my scheduling that allowed me to get in the car and drive home that day! More
