My wife and I had an amazing experience at Toyota of Nashua / McGovern Toyota from start to finish. We originally started our search at Manchester Toyota because it was closer to home, but ultimately en Nashua / McGovern Toyota from start to finish. We originally started our search at Manchester Toyota because it was closer to home, but ultimately ended up at Nashua Toyota and are SO happy we did because the experience was 10x better in every way and absolutely worth the extra 30-minute drive. We have a 7-month-old baby, so getting in and out of the dealership quickly and efficiently was very important to us, and the team completely understood that and made the process smooth from beginning to end. Our main consultant was Angel Olivieri, and he took incredible care of us. He was honest, trustworthy, friendly, and very solutions-oriented. What stood out most was that he never applied the typical high-pressure sales tactics you often expect at dealerships. He helped us do most of the deal virtually, which made everything so much easier with a baby at home. We were going from a Tacoma to a Tundra and were nervous about whether the truck would feel too big long term. Angel understood our concerns and was able to arrange an extended test drive so we could really get comfortable and make sure it was the right fit. That alone showed us he genuinely cared about us making the right decision and not just making a sale. Another person who really stood out was one of the sales managers, Stephen Dempson. Even though we weren’t directly working with him, he was incredibly welcoming, down to earth, and personable. He took time to talk with our baby, made us feel comfortable the entire time we were there, and even let me throw some disc golf discs inside which somehow has now led to me purchasing a disc golf net lol. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine instead of transactional. Also shoutout to Jeremy Encarnacion for taking the time to chat with us about his daughter and asking questions about our son. Little interactions like that go a long way and made the dealership feel warm and human rather than just another place trying to sell you a car. Alyson Mallinder was also fantastic during the paperwork/signing process. She was quick, efficient, understanding of our situation with the baby, and helped make everything painless and stress-free. Honestly, my wife and I usually hate everything about going to dealerships. The pressure, the waiting around, the awkwardness, all of it. But this was one of the few dealership experiences we actually enjoyed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, transparent, accommodating, and respectful of our time. Huge thank you to Angel, Stephen, Jeremy, Alyson, and the entire Nashua Toyota team. We absolutely love our new Tundra and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. More

I had the worst experience buying a car and trading in my old car from this dealership. They advertise that they will pay you Kelly blue book prices. I was reassured by the sales person that as well, but when I got there they told me they would only give me $2,500 and sell it to auction. After several uncomfortable back and forth conversations their final offer was still way below kkb value. My former car is now listed on their website for $13,483. Definitely not an honest company. While driving home in my new car, I almost ran out of gas even though they say they fill your tank up. I’m also missing a key. Reached out 4 days ago and still haven’t heard back from them. I definitely do not recommend this dealership More
Had a bad morning with a check engine light and other alerts as well. Called dealership and was treated with respect and Jeremy and team took care of me when my almost 2 year Tacoma wasn’t performing. Gi alerts as well. Called dealership and was treated with respect and Jeremy and team took care of me when my almost 2 year Tacoma wasn’t performing. Given a loaner Tacoma which was great to get back to work. The mechanic and team trouble shot and got my truck back to normal and hopefully stays that. Thanks for the great service. More
