I took my 2023 Tacoma V6 for a 45000 mile service on Saturday 6/13/26. I worked with Steven G. as my service writer. Steven was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, I did not get the 2 gentleman’s names that checked me in, 1 checked my tire tread depth and the other signed me in. Everything went very smooth from beginning to end. There was one representative (not STEVE, my rep) who was complaining about his work load to two additional services beyond than those I requested.
