Just finished up with a service visit at Toyota of Nashua yesterday. My service advisor, Steve, again helped me tuneup & care for my 2000 Toyota Camry. That’s no typo! I can trust Steve to only recommend what’s truly needed to repair & keep everything running smoothly. No padding the repair bill. I highly recommend Steve & his team for your car care needs! More

As a past regualar customer, I was very dissappointed with my recent visit with Steven as my dealer contact. Scheduled an oil change & tire rotation that I would wait at dealer for maintenance. Drop off with my recent visit with Steven as my dealer contact. Scheduled an oil change & tire rotation that I would wait at dealer for maintenance. Drop off I was escorted to waiting room & left there for 2 hours. When I contacted him to see how much longer, was told car was ready…. So I was sitting in waiting room for ??? While my car was fiinished. No appologies, no greeting …he just said $115 . Annoyed I went to my car & found the passenger side seat fully reclined as if someone had been sleeping there… while I was in waiting room! There was No other reason the passenger seat would have been reclined that far back. Needleas to say… I wont be back! More

I have been going to Toyota in Nashua for about 20 years and have had Steve G as my service writer for at least 12 of those. 20 years. I trust Steve completely when he recommends items to be addressed for m and have had Steve G as my service writer for at least 12 of those. 20 years. I trust Steve completely when he recommends items to be addressed for my vehicle. I won’t use any other service writer but Steve due to the relationship we have regarding service . I am so glad that he has been there so long and I have a reliable place to bring my car. More
