WOW!!! Just AMAZING experience. I know there are many reviews you can read but mine comes from years of experience. This was my 40th, YES 40th vehicle purchase. Not only did Marty ( the fabulous GM) take TWO Teslas in trade with a fantastic price, but the absolutely stunning Yesenia ( finance director AKA rock star aka owner) worked a miracle and got me financed in a beautiful 2025 Lexus RZ. The price was phenomenal but the process was OUTSTANDING!!! Literally the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at. Each time we walked in and out of the dealership there were people opening both doors like we are royalty to the sales manager Jose personally working hard to get ME into the vehicle I wanted. This is not your typical dealership. It’s a family. A unified business where they all work together towards a common goal. This allows the buying process to transition smoothly and efficiently. The fabulous Aleah was my very own car buying connoisseur. She has a deep knowledge and refined approach to purchasing a vehicle. Aleah was extremely well versed in many aspects of the car buying experience and a complete fashionista with those heart shaped glasses. Most salespeople make more from manufacturer bonuses so the incentive to purchase a Toyota vehicle is higher for them, yet Aleah never once tried to sway me in either direction. Aleah was extremely smart, professional and efficient. We didn’t spend the typical 12 hours at a dealer. When the Finance Director (aka bonita mariposa) stepped in, Yesenia was the most personable humble woman I’ve ever met. 🚨 Do NOT Trust Richard Radlo– Dishonest Dealer Alert 🚨 I bought a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer from Richard just four months ago. He assured me that the car was in perfect condition and even said he personally knew the previous owner, so he could vouch for how well the car was maintained. He claimed it had been inspected bumper-to-bumper by his technicians and was completely road-ready. Well, that turned out to be a lie. Just a few months later, I had the car looked at by another dealership—and they found that two of the tires were dangerously worn, with the tread measuring under 3! They even provided video proof with the actual measuring tool showing the low tread. When I called Richard to address it, he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do unless he “saw the tires.” He also accused the other dealerships of lying, even though I had clear evidence. When I pointed that out, he had nothing to say and refused to reimburse or help in any way. Richard talks a good game, but he sold me an unsafe vehicle and took no accountability when called out. Please don’t fall for his charm—he will lie to make a sale and leave you hanging afterward. Go somewhere reputable. You deserve honesty.

I was looking to sell my car and so first I tried to get an initial estimate through Kelly Blue Book. After I got my quote for $4500, I was contacted by Greico Toyota saying they would like to buy my car and think they could offer me 20% more. So I sent them pictures of my car and didn't hide the condition at all (including a battery light on the dash). They said the car looked great and that I should still drive over. They looked at the car for 5 minutes and say "$2500 is the highest we can give you." So they lied about the 20% extra over the $4500 quote. Private parties and dealerships are selling my same car, with the same mileage, for $8,000-13,000. But since my car needed an alternator replacement, I was going to sell it for $6000. Greico Toyota lied to me, wasted my time, and gave me a low ball offer. Don't bother selling to them, they won't give you what it's worth.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
