As the cost of everything increases I am pleasantly surprised @ the good value & consistent high quality offered by the Service Dept. @ IRA Toyota. The staff, to a person, are always professional. surprised @ the good value & consistent high quality offered by the Service Dept. @ IRA Toyota. The staff, to a person, are always professional. More

JR Riley is a phenomenal salesperson and great person. I’d give him 5 stars. The potential sale of additional warranties etc by some guy in an online interaction was absurd. ALSO, I was told that the c I’d give him 5 stars. The potential sale of additional warranties etc by some guy in an online interaction was absurd. ALSO, I was told that the car I purchased ( for 86K) would get an inspection sticker. As an attorney, I fully understand that is not required and the vehicle has to be registered first. In the haste (delivery took 3 hours) of wanting to get out of there the sticker was likely an oversight. No problem. I got one the next day. But since I was told it would be provided - I requested the measly 35 bucks to be reimbursed via text on two separate occasions over two weeks. A cordial response was received indicating that the sales manager had to approve it. Then, nothing. SO, you buy the most expensive car at the dealership and they TELL you they’ll inspect it and provide a sticker. When it is ( inadvertently) not done you just ask for, on the principle of the matter, the 35 bucks ( not to mention the fact you had to take the time and effort to get this done ) and you get NO response. I find this reaction to be unprofessional and reprehensible by the management. Yep it’s 35 bucks. I spent 92K ( including taxes) on the most expensive car they’ve likely sold in a long time. And I got ignored. It’s NOT about the money. It’s about doing the xxxx right thing. And, the management chose not to. I do NOT in ANY way blame the salesperson, JR, He was a great guy to deal with and his courtesy was unfortunately overshadowed by management’s decision to not reimburse me a trivial expense. Shame on them. Thus, overall, they get only 3/5 rating . More
