We were waiting in the showroom for the repairs to be completed having the opportunity to talk to our sales person, available to answer any questions we had on our MDX. (The coffee was pretty good too). Everything went as explained, friendly, quickly, and on our way in no time.

Despite not having a prior appointment, I was promptly assisted by service advisor Oakly, who was professional and thorough in explaining the process and setting clear expectations for the repair timeline. The issue was traced to the TCV, a recalled part from Subaru. Eastside Subaru handled the repair at no cost and managed the recall directly, saving me the effort of contacting Subaru myself. Overall, the experience was seamless and hassle-free. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism shown throughout the service.
