Fernanda was very helpful and professional. I showed up towards the end of her workday, but she still let me take my time to test drive and make my decision whether or not I want to buy the car. She was super informative about any questions that I heard about the car. She even noticed little things like the tank, not being full and the car not being completely clean and offered a fill up and car cleaning next time I came in. She was personable as well she went as far to recommend local restaurants. The rest of the staff was incredibly kind as well. Normally car dealerships are stressful and a little unwelcoming but Fernanda and the rest of the crew did a great job and at no point I felt like I was pressured or forced into making any decisions like you might get other dealerships.

Jim is amazing! I have dealt with so many car dealers and never one who was so kind, efficient, hard-working. He even came out to look at the car, which was quite close by when we couldn’t get it started, and offered to help get it started by offering to leave a charger. He is very experienced so was able to get us a good deal. Of course I was checking it against other deals and he did really well. He’s ethical which means a lot to us. They don’t get any better and you will be lucky to deal with him!
