I really do not know if it was Dan or just Dan that I talked to. I actually talked with 3 or 4 different service members, and none of them could understand that I wanted a standard service for my electric vehicle. They all looked at me like I was speaking Greek. Does your service department not have a standard procedure for servicing electric vehicles? Just some standard practice to test all components, make sure everything is functioning per specification, check all fluids and levels? Just make sure everything checks out and is functioning properly? This is what I wanted, and I just got blank stares when I asked for this. Instead they wanted to flush my coolant fluids without checking them, for about $400, change my compartment air filter for $149, and some other service I did not need or want. Besides all this, I also have a tire that is leaking air at a slow rate and they could not even figure out something this simple, and told me I should take the car to Les Schwab. To top it off, they said they did check all fluids, but when I got home I checked the fluid levels myself and saw I was almost out of washer fluid and my brake fluid was low which I topped off. Only positive outcome is they did not charge me anything, which they should have not charge me anything since they did not do anything.
