Installing the wrong lug nuts and failing to reset the tire pressure monitoring system are basic details that should have been handled correctly, and I understand why that left you questioning the level of care you received. It's also frustrating to receive service offers that don't apply to your vehicle when you're already dealing with unresolved concerns.
