It seemed they had no interest in trying to understand what I wanted. Very poor at explaining things. Actually did not do what I wanted. Every time I’ve gone in to have my car serviced, I’ve always been treated with kindness and courtesy and professionalism. Service staff was amazing. I showed up 90 minutes before my appointment and they were able to fit me in, with the caveat that they would need to attend to their clients schedul I showed up 90 minutes before my appointment and they were able to fit me in, with the caveat that they would need to attend to their clients scheduled ahead of me. I appreciated that they disclosed that - to be clear is to be kind. But they exceeded my expectations, finishing my repair early while also honoring other clients who arrived at their scheduled time More
