Darryl was excellent. He patiently worked through our trade-in and our offer on a new vehicle until we had a deal we liked. He also made sure the vehicle and the paperwork were all ready when we picked up the vehicle. I am frustrated with the dealership. Even though this is the 3rd new vehicle in 12 years from them (all of which serviced every time with them), and we have a FICO credit score of 850 (really, it actually is 850), they made us get a cashiers check instead of accepting a personal check because "some guy at some time" gave them a personal check, drove off with a new Corvette, and the check bounced. Getting a cashiers check was an unnecessary, major hassle for us. More
