Fernanda was very helpful and professional. I showed up towards the end of her workday, but she still let me take my time to test drive and make my decision whether or not I want to buy the car I showed up towards the end of her workday, but she still let me take my time to test drive and make my decision whether or not I want to buy the car. She was super informative about any questions that I heard about the car. She even noticed little things like the tank, not being full and the car not being completely clean and offered a fill up and car cleaning next time I came in. She was personable as well she went as far to recommend local restaurants. The rest of the staff was incredibly kind as well. Normally car dealerships are stressful and a little unwelcoming but Fernanda and the rest of the crew did a great job and at no point I felt like I was pressured or forced into making any decisions like you might get other dealerships. Nick is a connector. He connected products (cars) that the dealership had with us to meet the needs we described. Listening. It works.
