Devin provided our finance and protection plan options during our earlier purchase, but I had refused the protection plan. About a month later, I had second thoughts and went back to Devin. I experienced the same friendliness, no pressure interaction. He even handled my objections well and I decided to go ahead and take the Platinum Protection Plan. I highly recommend him, our salesman, Ron Humphrey, and the service department at Hall CDJR Virginia Beach!

My brother recently purchased a brand-new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria Volkswagen, and we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention we received. We initially scheduled an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate. When I first met Mr. Atiqe at the dealership, I honestly thought he was the General Manager. His professionalism, demeanor, and confident presence were truly remarkable. It came as a surprise when he introduced himself as a salesperson. Atig Popal went above and beyond in explaining Volkswagen’s incredible deals. His deep knowledge, customer-focused approach, and ability to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable left a lasting impression on us. I strongly believe that Mr. Atiqe’s outstanding character and dedication make him an ideal candidate for a managerial position. I sincerely hope that during my next visit to this dealership, I’ll see him in the role of General Manager. He is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to the Volkswagen team!

After 2 weeks of trying to find the car I wanted I ended up here and it was so refreshing! I was not pressured into anything. The customer service was such a plus but to add to that they had the van I was looking for and it was priced well and it was in excellent condition! The other vans I had looked at other dealerships were the same year make and model and not in as good of shape and were priced at least $400 over what I ended up getting mine for. I have already recommended this place to friends!

Otherwise financing will cause you to pay the processing fee, but they are up front about that. They are friendly, we were treated like family. Transaction went smooth and fast then my daughter drove off into the sunset in her beautiful new car purchased at a reasonable price. Thank you Adam!!!

I'm not a fan of car dealerships, they've always been stressful and not my favorite places to spend time. But that all changed when I met my salesperson, Asli. Over the past three years, l've purchased three vehicles from her, and I want to share my experience because it's been nothing short of amazing. Some people think salespeople are sharks, but Asli proves that wrong. She's originally from Turkey and has a unique way of making every interaction enjoyable. She's incredibly accommodating, super friendly, makes you laugh, and is always trustworthy and professional. I'm not sure if it's her upbringing, her training at Casey Honda, or just her personality, but there's definitely something special about her! Thanks to Asli, Casey Honda has become one of my favorite places. Every referral l've sent her way has had the same outstanding experience, and she's never let me down. We're already planning to come back next year! Thank you, Asli, for being exceptional!

I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that had some body issues and it was the worst experience possible for my first time buying a car, thank god he is no longer there because I wouldn’t recommend him. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to Corey oxendine and he has been more then helpful and responsive he got me traded out of the escape into a 2024 ford edge and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly reccommend Corey Oxendine and I think this boy deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He has beyond helped me when nobody else wanted to and I appreciate everything he did for me. If you go to Aschenbach ask for Corey!!

Patrick at Front Royal Ford is wonderful. My husband and I made our first car purchase together at the end of 2024 and Patrick was extremely helpful through every step. The truck needed servicing before we could take it home, so he set us up in a loaned Bronco and communicated with us throughout each day so that we knew what was going on and had a timeline. When the day came that our truck was ready to be delivered, Patrick waited all day, and even though the delivery team had already gone home, he drove it 45 minutes to our house in Manassas, in the pouring rain, after business hours, on New Years Eve. We were very impressed with Patrick and Front Royal Ford for going above and beyond to take care of us and will recommend them to friends/family for future car purchases.
