Kenneth demonstrates understanding of customer needs and makes sincere efforts to meet those needs. He is unbiased and professional when making recommendations for the items that need to be taken care of for the vehicle. He carries solid knowledge and explains mechanisms, risks, and benefits of recommended service items; for example, radiator (cooling system) flush, and drain and refill of transmission fluid. He also accommodates the service schedule to fit our schedule. Kenneth also demonstrates great respect for clients and sincere commitment to customer satisfaction!! The quality of work done by Mechanics at Longo Toyota of Prosper is also great! I have been going to this place for over 2 years now and never had an incident when I had to go back to them because they had forgotten on some items or the items not been well taken care of. Customer service is important but quality of work is equally important to me, which both are provided at this dealership to my experiences!!! I also appreciate the periodic promotions or service specials they have to provide competitive pricing!! Everyone we dealt with at Freeman Toyota was a true professional. Our salesman Chance Bishop was knowledgeable as well as genuinely friendly. He kept us informed frequently about our Grand Highlander's schedule from being built to its delivery in Hurst. When we picked up our new car he was ready for us and gave us a detailed tutorial covering all of the new features it has. Chance willingly answered all of our questions. This dealership provided excellent service! My van was in need of a routine maintenance and was my first time making an appointment with North Park Toyota. Kevin Wright was my service advisor who was very knowledgeable in my vehicle's needs. He did not pressure me into purchasing anything and gave me great info and advise in regards to my vehicle's mechanical needs. He also gave me a great discount saving me money. It is rare these days for businesses to go the extra mile to please a customer but hats off to Texana (Cecil Atkission) Toyota to going the extra 330 miles. After having a 2023 Toyota bZ4x sold out from under me by Shottenkirk Toyota in Hudson Oaks, TX, Terry Sinclair called offering to do a deal online and deliver the car from Orange to Fort Worth. After the deal was done in about an hour at 8pm on a Friday night (kudos to Muriel Brown the finance manager), there were some EV learning curve issues with the gentlemen who were driving the vehicle up Saturday and they had to turn back. The General Manager Mike Grewenig called profusely apologized and offered to have Mr. Sinclair drive the car up overnight Saturday, a $250 Amazon gift card and a second key. I didn't want anyone on the road all night for a vehicle so they shipped to vehicle Monday. Subsequently, they delivered all promises. If they have a vehicle you want, reach out to Texana Toyota and they will treat you right!!! Their customer service is off the charts!!!

Our Shottenkirk service advisor referred us to Tarrence. He was extremely friendly, fun, informative and definitely did not pressure us. He listened carefully to what was important to us and found the best options available. Buying a car is typically stressful because it is a large purchase with so many options, but Tarrence made it fun and comfortable. He shared our interests during the search for the right vehicle. He realized that the dealership did not have exactly what we wanted, but he found an option elsewhere that exceeded our expectations. He was training a new sales manager while working with us, and I hope that he acquires some of the same calm and cool attributes!
