I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. First of all, I have been coming to Lost Pines Toyota for 10 years now having my Avalon serviced and after I got my Ford F-150, I have been bringing it in for service too. I scheduled an oil change for the Ford at 11 am on the 18th of October. Got there about 10:35. Doc checked me in. They pulled the truck around to the shop. Finally gets in the bay. For some reason when it was done they parked it outside on the lot instead of driving it through the check point. Found Doc and alerted him the truck was done. He tells us “Be with ya in a minute “ He then goes back inside and takes care of a lady at his desk. Ten minutes later he came out and took care of us. We didn’t get out of there til 12:45. I know it gets backed up sometimes as many times I have sat in the lobby and waited for my car. Doc was cool. Just thought he could have expedited the situation better.

Ethan was polite and patient while explaining the different features of the various models. I returned another day and he was happy to explain the next model I wanted to explore. Ethan was very knowledgeable with each car I test drove. After I made my choice he began the process of purchasing a new Kia Sportage. My daughter and I discussed a different model and he worked with his managers to grant my choices. I am now driving a Jungle Green Sportage and loving it !!!
