Experience in getting vehicle was just okay. Had issues getting Sirus working because paperwork was not finished by salesperson. Had to come back into get this resolved. Presented the management with totaled paperwork so refund could be processed but have not received any information when or if refund was coming. Sent text to salesperson but no reply, just silence. No customer service after purchasing this vehicle. Kinda sad that no one has called to see how things are going with the vehicle or about the refund. More

I recently bought a car from Garlyn Shelton Nissan in temple Texas. I normally hate shopping for a vehicle, frank at Nissan was the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with, he not only went above and bey temple Texas. I never had to repeat myself in what I wanted or was expecting, nor was he ever at any point hounding me on trying to get me in a car I didn’t want just to try and sell me a car nor did he even ask twice after I told him there was no co-signer. He respected me and what I was able to do and made it happen. He kept me updated and informed through the whole process. Everytime I’ve ever bought a vehicle it has turned into an over whelming experience, this is the first time that everything went smoothly and successfully. And I wasn’t the easiest person to get approved for a vehicle. The team at Nissan exceeded my expectations, I am so great full for this experience and very appreciative for everything this establishment did for me.
