I recently bought a car from Garlyn Shelton Nissan in temple Texas. I normally hate shopping for a vehicle, frank at Nissan was the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with, he not only went above and bey temple Texas. I normally hate shopping for a vehicle, frank at Nissan was the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with, he not only went above and beyond getting me approved but the amount of professionalism he gave me was exceptional. I never had to repeat myself in what I wanted or was expecting, nor was he ever at any point hounding me on trying to get me in a car I didn’t want just to try and sell me a car nor did he even ask twice after I told him there was no co-signer. He respected me and what I was able to do and made it happen. He kept me updated and informed through the whole process. Everytime I’ve ever bought a vehicle it has turned into an over whelming experience, this is the first time that everything went smoothly and successfully. And I wasn’t the easiest person to get approved for a vehicle. The team at Nissan exceeded my expectations, I am so great full for this experience and very appreciative for everything this establishment did for me. I love my car, and I won’t be purchasing any other vehicle from any other lot ever again. Garlyn Shelton Nissan in temple Texas will forever have my further purchases. Steve Hiines was excellent with sales. Not impressed with help learning how to use the accessories. It’s dangerous sending someone (me) onto the streets still checking things out.
