Last Thursday afternoon I noticed the front tires on my wife's GLE were worn. I called Liz R. and she set up an appointment for Friday morning as the new tires were in stock. I brought the vehicle in and had the two front tires changes, a 4 -wheel alignment performed and a new starter battery installed. The vehicle was ready by noon. Also, I utilized the shuttle service which is appreciated. Thank, Steve
