From our first contact, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right vehicle for me rather than just making a sale. He walked me through every feature of the GLS 580 remotely, answered all my questions patiently, and made the entire process smooth and transparent without me ever having to set foot on the lot. There was no pressure and no games with pricing—just honest, straightforward service from start to finish. The financing was equally painless, and Michael kept me informed at every step. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen can be nerve-wracking, but Michael made it completely effortless and gave me total confidence. The GLS 580 itself is stunning and arrived immaculately prepped and ready to go. Michael even followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew how to use all the tech features. Had a great experience working with Trinidad Rodriguez and Arturo. As soon as I received and email from Trinidad, he answered all my questions and made it easy to decide. Was prepping the Sprinter Sunday night for upcoming Business Travel and the dreaded CHECK ENGINE Light came on. I drove into MBoTW early this am (without an appointment) and was immediately greeted an Business Travel and the dreaded CHECK ENGINE Light came on. I drove into MBoTW early this am (without an appointment) and was immediately greeted and checked in. In a few hours the issue was diagnosed, part was in stock and changed out, and I was on my way.
