Kara was an exceptional delivery specialist who went above and beyond to make the vehicle handover truly memorable. She was incredibly thoughtful, asking us the right questions, capturing a ton of great above and beyond to make the vehicle handover truly memorable. She was incredibly thoughtful, asking us the right questions, capturing a ton of great photos, and even choreographing a special unveiling of the car. What we appreciated most was how she made sure our young kids were just as involved and excited in the process. She took plenty of time to walk us through all the vehicle's features and graciously offered to provide a more in-depth tutorial down the road if needed. I purchased a 2021 Panamera in March 2025, I sold the car back to Porsche Sugarland in December 2025. Through conversion I was left with misunderstanding of a few vital details. Once those were explained I see where Porsche of Sugarland truly were amazing. Michael Pal was my sales representative and he was always helpful in any and all issues. I was wrong in many ways due to the miscommunication of the sale in December, I want this to read with absolute praise of the entire staff at Sugarland, it is deserved.
