Overall, our experience was positive, but there was a significant issue during the financing process. Before agreeing to several optional protection packages, I specifically asked whether they could a significant issue during the financing process. Before agreeing to several optional protection packages, I specifically asked whether they could all be canceled if needed. Gene Inman in finance assured us multiple times that they were cancelable, despite not providing any documentation to support that claim. Based on those assurances, we agreed to purchase the packages. Unfortunately, we later learned that the information was not entirely accurate and ended up paying for products we would not have purchased had we been given clear information from the start. Since then, the dealership has brought in a new General Manager who personally reached out to me. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping resolve the situation. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to cancel another package and receive a partial refund of $499. While I appreciate recovering some of our money, we were still unable to receive a refund for the PermaPlate Appearance Protection package, which we were told is included on all of their vehicles. I also want to recognize our salesperson, Mariana, who was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, after she left for the day, we completed the transaction with Gene in finance, and that's where the issues arose. I appreciate the new General Manager's efforts to make things right, which is why I'm leaving 4 stars. The vehicle purchase itself was good, but I believe the financing products should have been presented more transparently. My advice to future customers is to get all cancellation terms in writing before agreeing to any optional packages. More

Jake was absolutely amazing. He really did everything he good to get me and my boyfriend in the car and he did not stop. He was very informative. Oh my gosh this was the best dealership we have ever bought from. I filled out applications on line and picked what we wanted, got the approval went to dealership and signed all papers left with our Bro bought from. There was no A/C in the dealership it was miserable. We got there at 6:15pm and did not leave until 11:30 pm, there is absolutely no reason for that.
