Hillary was really good to work with if you go to echo park ask for Hillary to help you he is very nice and kind he help us buy a bmw X3 really nice and clean told us a lot about the car and it just seemed so cool so if you go there ask for him he is the best Thank Hillary for beging the best sales man for a car and if I buy a noter car I want him to me ever time I go there
Service was very friendly and straightforward. Nice collection of high-end Toyotas and other used cars.
Friendly people who greet you then make sure you are satisfied with the vehicle(s) you want to test drive. Also, the female car associates who assist female customers! I haven’t seen that in other dealerships. My experience was pleasant which I greatly appreciated. I’d recommend EchoPark Automotive to anyone.
I worked with a fantastic salesman named Shemar Payton. He was very welcoming, honest and direct. He laid everything out so I could see what was going on in real time, he worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and he was extremely affable. If I should ever need to buy another car, I'll be sure to come back to see him first!
