When the “free” 18 point inspection was performed, your technician did not reinstall the air filter correctly. The outer gasket was doubled over. Fortunately I decided to replace the air filter and change the oil the next day. So no consequence. Also broke two of the push grommets that hold the fresh air intake down to the radiator support in an attempt to replace the air filter hold down clamp.

JC and the mechanic were both great when I dropped my car off. I was there for an oil change, and was going to wait for it, when they came to tell me that something else was wrong. They encouraged me to leave my car there, while they continued to troubleshoot. It's a good thing they did because once they were done working on it everything was covered under warranty. HOWEVER if I'd just done the oil change and taken off, the suspension issue they discovered would have been a HUGE financial fix when it finally broke.

I searched multiple dealership and websites for nearly 3 wks and Echopark had the best deals. Purchasing process was also painless with no last minute gotcha add ons. It was well worth the 4 hr drive to the dealership. My only complaint would be that the Permplate was mandatory. I would have preferred to decline this item since I know it is essentially an expensive detailing charge which I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere.

Nice salesperson. Still don’t think they gave me a fair offer on my trade. A local dealership offered 3k more but I REALLY wanted the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle was the best price I had been able to locate so I am happy about that part.
