Both were very helpful, professional and very pleasant to work with. They honored their price and I drove away with an amazing price. I am very impressed with Cavender. Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience. Jake sold us our daughters 1st car and we will be back to see him for our sons car soon and for as long as we will be needing vehicles he will no doubt have all of our return business. I really appreciated how smoothly my first service went. My service advisor, Heather, was very helpful getting my service set up. I was in the waiting room for just enough time to get a cup of coffee when Heather estimated how long my service would take and arranged for me to get a ride home since it would take longer than I wanted to wait. My vehicle was finished in just about the time she estimated. I was impressed since at other dealerships I have been given a time and it has taken 2 hours longer. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Georgetown.
