Terrible service and no communication. We were told 2–4 hours for brake pads, but after 3 hours the work hadn’t even started. After calling, we were suddenly told it would be ready in 10 m We were told 2–4 hours for brake pads, but after 3 hours the work hadn’t even started. After calling, we were suddenly told it would be ready in 10 minutes. We paid online when we got the “ready” notification, but couldn’t find the key and no staff were available. Had to call again just to be told it was left in the cup holder. Very frustrating experience. On top of that, staff saw me walking around looking for help, but no one approached or offered assistance. It felt like no one was available or willing to help. We expected much better service from BMW. Very poor communication. Would receive a call back and never got one so had to call multiple times and ask for a status. More
