He listened carefully to what was important to us and found the best options available. Buying a car is typically stressful because it is a large purchase with so many options, but Tarrence made it fun and comfortable. He shared our interests during the search for the right vehicle. He realized that the dealership did not have exactly what we wanted, but he found an option elsewhere that exceeded our expectations. He was training a new sales manager while working with us, and I hope that he acquires some of the same calm and cool attributes!

I shared with him that I lost my husband 4 months ago, and that it was very hard for me to get rid of his truck, but that I didn't have a choice since my car, a 2008 Mercury Sable, broke down and driving a F350 Super Duty dually back and forth from Greenville to Terrell daily was getting to be very expensive for me. He and Cassidy surprised me with a flower arrangement that had a Ford truck as the vase, so I can keep it as a keepsake to remember my husband's truck! They made me cry, but this time I shed tears of joy and appreciation! There are still good people in this world, and Tony and Cassidy are two of them! I am happy I got to meet them! Great location in Mesquite. It’s a little hard getting to due to the construction but besides that they have a very large selection of Kia vehicles to choose from. My salesman was Jerry Tonubbee (214-537-9618). He was great start to finish. He answered all of my questions and he if he wasn’t sure he got right back with me on it. I got the Kia Sorento SX Prestige and it has everything that I want on the car. Jerry went over the car with me to make sure that I understood what o was working with and the experience overall was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location

My experience at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram at Katy Frwy was nothing but awesome! Our sales rep Laura Valencia was fabulous. She worked so hard on our behalf. Laura is knowledgable, honest, and fights for her customer. She found us the exact car we wanted, gave us an outstanding price and was very fair on our trade-in. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a giant tv. The GM, Will LaGrange, is personable and approachable. Will spoke to us several times and gave out full pizzas to everyone in the lobby because it was the Saturday before Christmas. Finally, Finance Manager, Zien, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very fair with warranty pricing. Zien went above and beyond and was so extremely honest. We love the car we purchased, but we also love the dealership we purchased from. I highly recommend Mac Haik on the Katy Freewsy. Make sure you ask for Laura Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!
