Great location in Mesquite. It’s a little hard getting to due to the construction but besides that they have a very large selection of Kia vehicles to choose from. My salesman was Jerry Tonubbee (214-537-9618). He was great start to finish. He answered all of my questions and he if he wasn’t sure he got right back with me on it. I got the Kia Sorento SX Prestige and it has everything that I want on the car. Jerry went over the car with me to make sure that I understood what o was working with and the experience overall was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location

I want to thank Dillon the service advisor and Brandon who quickly analyzed my issue and repaired it on my 2016 Sorento. While travelling to Abilene from Houston for a funeral, we hit a big pothole about halfway into the trip. At first, everything seemed OK, but from time to time we would hear a strange noise up front. Turns out that the plastic air deflector/oil pan guard had been damaged and was hanging down. That guard would hit the road when the car dipped from time to time. Brandon got right under the front of car and secured the guard so it would not drag anymore. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes which really meant a lot when you're from out of town attending a funeral. THANK YOU Brandon and Dillon!

Initially i felt like maybe they could have vetted the vehicle more but others i've talked to say that is just how it goes sometimes you can't tell if they have existing problems until the symptoms are on full display.

I made an appointment with Mr. Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for her, and she told me to make an appointment with Chad. He did a great job with the things that need to be checked and taken care of at 20,000 miles (i.e. oil change, wheel alignment, brake fluid change, etc.). Even though it took more time than expected (almost 2.5 hours) , I had the added pleasure of taking care of my daughter's car. I appreciated Mr. Chad updating me on the progress of the repairs halfway through, and the car is driving very well after the maintenance.

I had been watching and reading about the X3 for quite some time. Decided I wanted either the x30i or the 40i. I’d been communicating both with Temple and South Austin BMW dealerships. I had narrowed it down to 2 colors and wanted to see both in person. drove to Temple from Waco to look at the inventory on the lot. The moment I got out of my car 2 people were heading across the parking lot and I wanted to jump back in my car as I wasn’t looking for a high pressure sale. I was merely looking at colors. Much to my delight, that isn’t what happened at all. Jake Elliott was introduced to me and is the person I worked with. He was personable and I felt zero pressure to buy a vehicle. After he was able to show me the two colors I was interested in on 2 different vehicle models. That make the color choice easy! Don’t go by just the pictures on the web. Jake showed me around the X3 and the I drive system and trust me when I say, info overload!!! However, he was very patient and answered all of my questions even if they were repeats. He knew about the vehicle and I learned so much more. The vehicle and the BMW name can sell itself. Jake didn’t know for sure if I was ready to buy or just looking, but it didn’t matter to him he was attentive and focused on my questions. He didn’t rush me nor did he try helping other customers while I was looking and taking up his time. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, every person I saw or spoke with at the dealership were very kind. Needless to say, I decided I was buying my first ever BMW. I was so excited! Thank you to Jake for making this purchase fun and easy. It’s how it should be at a car dealer. I love my new Ride!
