Chris Mazloomi is a great ambassador for Porsche River Oaks. This is our second Porsche with Chris, and we have built a strong business relationship over the last few years. I worked with Napaa and she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan was my financial man and he was more than helpful arranging my loan. The selection of twin turbos was small, but the knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan was my financial man and he was more than helpful arranging my loan. 01/06/25 - RUN LIKE xxxx: The Worst Porsche Dealership Experience in America My experience purchasing a Porsche 911 from this dealership on October 20, 2025 was an absolute catastrophe. Upon delivery, Experience in America My experience purchasing a Porsche 911 from this dealership on October 20, 2025 was an absolute catastrophe. Upon delivery, the car exhibited multiple critical failures: a cracked transmission, significant oil leaks, and active brake failures. My local, Porsche dealer assessed the vehicle and determined it required $112,000 in essential service Porsche River Oaks provided a receipt for four new tires supposedly installed on April 10, 2025. However, the car was delivered with old, worn tires. This is not a simple oversight; this is documented misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition at the point of sale and raises serious questions about their overall honesty . The finance team demonstrated a complete lack of competence. The Service Department after doing significant work allowed this unsafe car to be sold and ultimately driven. This is concerning. They did claim to perform work but it was executed incorrectly, which requires me to pay for it to be redone. General Manager, [Rob Dale], chose not to address my severe concerns or the resulting $112,000 repair assessment in any meaningful way. Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment. Their operational practices, lack of transparency, and failure to stand by their sales are unacceptable. For a high-value purchase, buy from an informed private seller instead. 12/30/25 Update: 70 days since the most regrettable transaction EVER...still no documents from Porsche River Oaks to register the disabled car they sold me. Today I share the Porsche Dealer Service Inspection Report of the vehicle the day after I received it from Porsche River Oaks. Not a single referenced item in this review was disclosed by Porsche River Oaks GM Rob Dale, Sales, Service, or finance. This is in addition to a "dummy'd" repair order for (4) tires which did not come with the car. STAY AWAY from these dirtbags !!! More
Had a pleasant experience. Max was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I had intended to test drive several vehicles before deciding. Here’s a review you could post to reflect your experience with Porsche River Oaks: --- **Disappointed and Concerned After Service at Porsche River Oaks** I rarely write reviews, but my recent experi with Porsche River Oaks: --- **Disappointed and Concerned After Service at Porsche River Oaks** I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Porsche River Oaks left me deeply unsettled. I brought my vehicle in for service, expecting the level of care and precision that should come standard when dealing with a luxury brand like Porsche. Instead, I nearly drove home with broken front plate bent out of shape and with pushed in sensors—something I only caught by chance after noticing the way it was working. It turns out someone had hit my car while it was in their care, and no one said a word. That silence alone is troubling. But what’s worse is the aftermath. They did attempt to fix the issue, and I appreciate the effort, but the sensor is still malfunctioning. It now goes off erratically, when before it was perfectly calibrated and accurate. For a car of this caliber, that kind of carelessness is unacceptable. It makes me wonder: are the employees overworked, unhappy, or is something else going on behind the scenes? I don’t want to speculate, but the lack of accountability and attention to detail is alarming. Trust is everything when you hand over a high-performance vehicle, and unfortunately, mine has been shaken. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call. Porsche River Oaks needs to take a hard look at their service standards and internal culture. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and above all, confidence that their vehicles are in good hands More
