Had an excellent experience purchasing a new Camry from Longo Toyota. I did all my shopping online and then spoke by phone to Samantha who set up the entire deal for me. Nearly everything was done over the phone for my purchase. When I came in to take possession of the vehicle, Samantha introduced me to Jared to complete the process which only took about a hour. This team made the entire experience seamless. They did not pressure me or cause the usual discomfort car-buying can induce! I would shop at Longo again in the future -and specifically work with Samantha and Jared again. Love the new Camry.

It's no longer Gene Messer Toyota. The texts don't work well. They ask you to call them but then it goes to the front desk every time. The approval process on the estimates is sketchy. I'm thankful for getting my car repaired without an appointment and I suppose 2 days was reasonable. I was stranded from out of town so getting my car repaired where I made it home safely was most appreciated.
