Very pleased with Toyota of Paris. Called on Friday to see if they could possibly get me in on Saturday the lady said absolutely. That is the only day I have off I got there a little early and the lady noticed I had new tires she asked if I had an allment I said no she asked if I wanted them to do it I said absolutely she quoted me a price and when the truck was finished the price was quite a bit lower than what they had said then after I paid they gave me a Free truck wash down the street They also gave me a new cap I wish I had bought my truck there to begin with. If I do buy another truck it will be at Toyota of Paris. They told me feel free to call anytime they would be happy to work me in thanks again Toyota of Paris

Austin was very helpful. He has made it so easy to be a Toyota customer. I've never experienced this kind of service and attention to detail. I walk in feel like I'm at home, I feel like my truck is taken into actual consideration with him. This guy should be training other team members. There's a feeling your left with when people help you and genuinely care about providing you with an experience. I'm not sure who trained Austin but you guys need to replicate this.
