Our 5,000 mile maintenance check was a little overdue and we took it into Family Toyota in Burleson at 1 PM on a Saturday. We expected it would take a few hours and were pleasantly surprised when it was less than an hour. I barely had time to eat the fresh popcorn. This is our 3rd car with them and they always take care of us like family!

I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall to replace its battery pack. Nick the service advisor took great care to understand why my car's battery pack was not functioning as it should - he consulted with GM's battery rep and ordered the replacement battery pack. Within a week the new battery was installed. Will not go the any other Chevy dealer in the future since Classic is the best! thanks also the David the sales manager who assisted in the process.

All My Service Is Done @ Jeff Hunter Toyota - JDRWaco
All of the service on our Tundra has been performed at Jeff Hunter Toyota. My only complaint is that I wish they would go ahead and remove the paper floor mat they put in the truck so that I didn't have to be the one to throw it away. I guess they leave it there to show that they are "protecting" my vehicle. Nonetheless, I will continue going to Jeff Hunter. I believe they do a good job, are not overpriced, and I feel valued as a customer.
