I wouldn’t do business with any other dealership at this point. Service is great! And so is the Service Dept., with Bill and all at the service desk, employees, they aim to please and get it right!!

I always rave about Dave Arborgast! The staff is nice, and they go out of their way to help you and answer any questions. Clint went out of his way to get me all the information I needed to replace my mirror that was hit and broken, and provided a printed copy. This will make the claim process so much easier and quicker. This time, they surprised me by sending me a video of them doing the multi-point inspection on my car, walking me through each point. They always have something up their sleeve in a good way! Purchased a car for my mother at Christmas, Neel and Rob (I believe they work at Cadillac) Wanted to get here a new Buick for Christmas, they went above and beyond, they held the car in the back till it was time for the surprise, they let me take it one day early so my mom could come and do the title work the next day. They even loaned me a giant bow for the day. They dealt with a ton and back and forth and us changing our mind before making the final decision. They went above and beyond for us. They were patient, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend coming here.
