The customer service experience was pretty good. The repair work was great. My truck is riding like new again. My only complaint would be the length of time it took for the repairs to be completed. My truck was between Crestmont Buick GMC and Crestmont Cadillac for almost 3 months, and I wasn't offered a loaner during that time.

This was our 1st service.. it was free but if future services will cost $90 for lube oil filter & wheel rotation, there won’t be many more.. my local mechanic charges $50 for the same using the same materials.. maybe some food for thought. Also, I didn’t get a quote to install 4 splashguard that I provided, but $100.95 is quite high.. I appreciate the opportunity to give input

For a little context I am currently forward deployed half way around the world and these guys managed to get me pre approved and to the truck I not only need but wanted and at an absolutely amazing price! I can say it probably wasn’t an easy task keeping solid communication through a 8-9 hour time difference but Spencer did it and continues to do so.
