We live out of state and had been shopping around for a GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate for months! This dealership experience was one of the best I've ever had and I've purchased a few vehicles over the years. It was impressive from the beginning from getting to know the history of the dealerships to actually meeting and chatting with the President of the dealership Ms. Janelle Ross. The salesperson Bill was very personable and didn't mind me asking questions about the car. He wasn't too pushy and was so down to earth. They were very accommodating once I made my purchase helping to make sure I was able to get my vehicle once I purchased it. Ian was great. Will did a nice job explaining some of the paperwork. It was well worth the trip from Cincinnati to Centerville. They are highly. recommended if you're looking for a vehicle. Bob Ross Buick GMC is great!
