It was Friday, and I didn't hear from anyone, and it was after 5 PM. After finding the phone number and working my way through the multiple phone menus, I did contact the service manager. I discovered emails afterwards, and hadn't realized that emails were sent during the day. I guess that is your preferred standard now? I needed a ride back to the dealership, and that was set up, and understandably there was a little delay. Lee got me in quickly when I called to say my check engine light came on. Issue was fixed and they checked my tire as I said I had a slow leak. A nail caused the issue and a new tire was needed.
