He went above and beyond to keep me informed, making the process as smooth as possible while we waited for parts and approval from Mopar. Paul's transparency throughout the process was commendable. Without Paul's intervention, my experience could have been vastly different. I appreciate his dedication to resolving my issues despite his busy schedule. Very confusing, I set up appointment with a person in a call center for service and spent about 1/2 an hour with the person on the phone. The person said I was all set and the dealer would call me with the appointment time. One week on no phone call. I finally got through to the dealer and they did not have the information of my appointment. The dealer person was great and the service people were great but I was an 1/2 of an hour of my life on the phone with a person that did nothing for me. The system has to get better.

Definitely worth the trip for us. Great new facility. Well presented and friendly employees. Chris in service was great, from first phone call (our truck was towed to facility), through evaluation, service, double checking, and explanation of all parts and work. A slight obstacle in payment easily resolved. Already have decided to travel the extra distance for future work and routine maintenance.

Best dealership hands down! After 3yrs & 5 dealerships REFUSED TO do the 3 air bag recalls on my 2008 Dodge Charger and totally disrespected me, EAST HILLS DODGE ACED IT! 5 dealers said....My car is too old for the dealership, we don't service your car, you didn't but it here, it's gonna take up to 3 weeks to do the recall repair and take it to another dealer! These other dealerships (Bayside Dodge, Garden City Dodge, Security Dodge, Westbury Dodge, cant remember the last one) were rude, inconsiderate and flat out nasty! EAST HILLS DODGE TOOK MY CAR RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED ALL 3 AIR BAG RECALLS IN UNDER 2 HOURS AS PROMISED!!!!! If I decide to buy a new Charger it will be from East Hills Dodge! The staff was respectful, friendly and most of all experienced. Thank you East Hills Dodge, thank you very, very, very much!

However I checked on this with Marlon who assured us that our vehicle was being processed and would soon be ready. He apologized for the wait. The waiting area is pleasant and staff is always friendly. We appreciate this dealership and are long time customers.

Our service advisor, Keith, sprung into action immediately after we experienced an electrical issue with our vehicle several days after picking it up from the dealership. Keith was informative & efficient every step of the way through the assessment and we appreciated knowing that this problem was rather a mishap with a wire being tangled and that the car is completely safe to drive going forward. If you need to have your vehicle serviced, ask for Keith! (And Bobby and Gary in the service area were also very helpful upon emergency arrival.)

Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. I've bought cars through this dealer for 20 years and have been very satisfied with both the salesmanship and service. This is not a hard sell type of shop. They have what they have or they can usually order it through another shop. They have always been quite good to deal with. If you are within 50 miles of Hornell, NY you should come check them out. As an aside the website is incorrect on other dealers within 50 miles: There is one in Dansville and Wellsville which are easily within that range.

I bought my 2022 Jeep Renegade from this Dealership - a very pleasant non pressured experience. A month or so before my 5000 mile service was due - I received a courtesy reminder. I called the service department with some questions and spoke to Meghan. I have spoken to Meghan a couple of times with an extent of questions. Both times she takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions - she never comes across as if I am taking up her time- never rushing me off the phone. She gives excellent communication, very precise in explanations, giving me clear expectations and understanding. I am very comfortable speaking with her and having my service completed by this dealership. They took my car on time - not a long wait to have it done at all. She showed me where the waiting room was - offered me soft drinks and snacks while I waited. A very clean facility and very clean and comfortable waiting room. It just underscores the fact that I picked the right dealership. Everyone I have dealt with so far from sales to finance to service have been nothing less then courteous and professional.
