Johnny, the service rep was amazing. He was able to get me in for a long overdue oil change and, the truck needed tires and he was able to get that done too. There was a mishap in the sh He was able to get me in for a long overdue oil change and, the truck needed tires and he was able to get that done too. There was a mishap in the shop wherein the mechanic caused some accidental damage. Johnny made sure along with his manager that everything was taken care of and that I was properly compensated. They handled the situation well, I am a happy customer. More

Nobody there to answer the phone later in the day. Tried for over 45 minutes before I received a text message. Asked to have my tires balanced when I was having a tire rotation. It was not done.
