Left wires hanging under dash and wheel not aligned it’s inch off center, and they don’t return calls. Service manager will not talk to you, leaves it to the underlings. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding my Jeep Summit. My vehicle was towed to your dealership on Monday because it would not start, and it was believed that the battery was t regarding my Jeep Summit. My vehicle was towed to your dealership on Monday because it would not start, and it was believed that the battery was the issue. After not hearing anything from the service department, I called on Wednesday for an update and was told the vehicle had not yet been looked at but was expected to be brought into the shop that afternoon. On Thursday morning, I stopped by in person to check on the status and was again told the vehicle had not been inspected but would be brought in that afternoon. When I returned on Friday morning, Corey was unable to locate the vehicle. Shortly afterward, our fleet manager called and was informed that the vehicle still had not been looked at, but that it would be brought into the shop that afternoon. When we called again later that Friday, we were finally told that the vehicle had just been brought in for inspection. The following Monday, we were informed that the battery needed to be replaced and that the rear hatch door also required replacement. We declined the hatch repair and authorized only the battery replacement. I was able to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday. What should have been a straightforward battery replacement took more than a week to complete. Throughout the process, communication was poor, updates were inconsistent, and there appeared to be little urgency in diagnosing or repairing the vehicle. The fact that the vehicle had not even been inspected for several days and could not immediately be located when I inquired was especially frustrating. This was the worst service experience I have ever had. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return for future service and would not recommend this dealership's service department to others. More

They keep putting in new parts but still haven't fixed my 4 wheel drive. I can't use!! I didn’t buy a jeep for 2 wheel drive!! I'm out almost $4000. Plus each time I go I don't have a ride home so I'm stuck 4 wheel drive. I can't use!! I didn’t buy a jeep for 2 wheel drive!! I'm out almost $4000. Plus each time I go I don't have a ride home so I'm stuck there for over 8 hours each time. The last time I told them I had another important appt at 4:30. I got there at 8am and was told I would be done well before then. I had to reschedule that appt as I was there until 6pm. Still don't have 4 wheel drive available and I keep getting an alarm telling me it's not available. More

The man who worked on my car was very helpful. I think his name was Chris or Mike, but now I do not remember. I already had to call AAA once for accidentally locking my one key inside the car. I think his name was Chris or Mike, but now I do not remember. I already had to call AAA once for accidentally locking my one key inside the car. I do not want to pay $200 to have a second chip key made, so I copied the key that is inside the chip car starter. I wanted to magnet this spare key outside the car, just so that I could get inside the car, should the starter key get locked inside again. Well this second key would not unlock the car door. The mechanic looked at it and said that he thought that it was not working because the key needed to be filed. He took the spare key to his workspace, filed it, and now it works great. He did all this for free and I am very grateful. More

Called and made an appointment to get my Jeep recall taken care of . When I got there they asked if I ordered the part . Of course I didn't.
