I received two recalls on my new truck and reached out to NYE to get them corrected. While o the phone i was advised one had been corrected via a software update. They fixed the problem in 1/2 hour and documented the repair. Very professional, polite and welcoming -the reason i purchased my new truck at NYE-25 miles from my home instead of those dealerships closer by in Syracuse with their politically correct work forces who can't get out of their own way!| More
