DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! ! They leased me a lemon which ive been dealing with the entire 3 years of my lease… the check engine light came On the very first night i drove it o ! They leased me a lemon which ive been dealing with the entire 3 years of my lease… the check engine light came On the very first night i drove it off the of lot. it was an absolute nightmare dealing with the service department all 6 times i had to bring the car into the dealer. The car broke down on me 4 times, stuck on the side of the highway cause it kept over heating…never mind the lemon cause we could say thats not the dealers fault but let me tell you the dealer gave me hard time about getting a loaner car every time i brought it in… now today im ready to trade my lease in and come to find out that the guy Omar who leased me my vehicle put it for 10,000 miles a year instead of 12,000…. The service dept there is an abomination, nasty customer service along with never actually fixing the car and not addressing several issues i would bring up about the car…Ive been driving with jeep/dodge for 20 years and never have had issues with a car like this and never had such crappy customer service from a dealer before in my life… go anywhere but central avenue jeep/dodge More

I brought my car in to be serviced. After about a week in the shop they called me saying a loaner had just been returned and I could pick it up if I wanted to. After two days of driving After about a week in the shop they called me saying a loaner had just been returned and I could pick it up if I wanted to. After two days of driving the loaner they provided, I went to put something in the drivers side door cup holder, and saw a small plastic bag filled with a pink powder substance (resembling drugs). I immediately called Jaira (the employee who gave me the loaner) and reported it to her, along with sending a photo. She said "omg that's crazy" and said she would tell her manager the next day. Two days later I picked my car up and requested to speak with a manager, Jaira said there was no manager available. Andrew (a manager) then asked what was going on. He had nothing to say. They told me my car was ready, and when I got in, I saw they left a box full of random car parts in my back seat. Andrew called me after leaving, and told me he was going to call me on Monday with an offer before I decided to report the dealership to corporate. I never got a call on Monday, so I found another managers contact information on Google named Johnathan. I emailed him regarding what happened. He called me and his first response was "Did you return the box of parts?" As if that was the main issue at hand, not the fact that they provided a loaner car that had a bag of drugs in it. He went on to tell me that I had no proof there was drugs in the bag because I didn't test it. This place is a joke and has no regard for customers or the services they are providing. I didn't want to get anything out of them but for them to actually take the situation serious and take accountability for their negligence. Not a single person there cared about the fact that they not only exposed me to an illegal substance, but also could have put me in legal jeopardy. If you want to risk getting charged with possession of drugs that you didn't even know you were possessing, this is the dealership for you. Side note, they also put completely wrong information on my service records documents, and when I went to get it fixed, I was told I had to come back at 7:30 in the morning for THEIR screw up to be fixed. More

I leased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in 2019. In 2023 I bought the vehicle through finance. All oil changes, tune-ups and miscellaneous repairs have been completed by Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Only. I will say that the service has been awful, poor professionalism. And Khan, he's the nastiest person I have ever met. I wonder if her's part owner. During my last tune-up, I obtained a new battery. The last repair was two months ago when my starter needed replacing. Khan, assured me that it wasn't covered under my warranty because the warranty only covers internal parts, costing me $1900. Second, I informed him that since my last tune-up, the On-Start light stays on and this feature doesn't work. I also attempted to explain that during my last oil change, Alex walked me over to the mechanic that was completing the oil change who looked me straight in the face and stated that he couldn't find why this light was on . No solution was offered. Two weeks after the starter was replaced, the check engine light came on. Now I'm looking for a new mechanic. If I'm going to get hustled like a small mom and pop shop, only fix what's reported. This is disappointing. This is a big business to have such sloppy staff. The Sales department is exceptional.
