DO NOT ASK CHAD ANY QUESTIONS! The moment you do, he will talk to you like you’re incompetent. I asked a simple question “if my vehicle needs an alignment, please let me know before doing it” I was met with “It’s either you do it or you don’t” in a very rude tone. I then tried to ask why and gain an understanding, he kept meeting me with pure animosity for no reason as I never gave him attitude. I asked to be transferred to someone else and as I walked away to sit down and wait, he had the nerve to laugh like this was amusing. What makes it even worse is that the moment you drive into the service bay, it checks to see if you need an alignment. All he had to do was show me that so that I can discuss options. I came in for an oil change, left with more service to the vehicle than expected. I am very disappointed as my past two experiences here were great and I was met with nothing but happy and respectful service members. Avoid Chad at all costs. Nothing about this was funny, especially when your pay relies on the satisfaction of your customers Chad.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2022 KIA SELTOS PUT MORE MILES ON IT FOR THE TEST DRIVE. AFTER PURCHASE IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAD PROBLEMS. All the warning lights would randomly come on and not go off. When I called the service department about it, they said it's not " throwing any codes" we don't know what the problem is. What??? It took the car freezing up on the highway when one of the warning lights caused my car to shut down and my husband losing his xxxx on the service department for them to figure out the problem was and fix it. Called them today because I noticed the foam tape seeping up from in between the window and the dash. Telling them I needed them to fix it because they were the only ones to remove the dash. They told me they didn't know what the problem was and it might not be covered by my warranty. What??? They removed my dash, they didn't do the job right the first time and replace the foam tape correctly!!! Now they want to charge me for their incompetence. Run far and fast do not go here!!!

The service dept at this location is HORRIBLE. I needed to bring my brand new vehicle with 1500 miles on it for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and said they needed to order a part. Scheduled an appointment to bring it in the following week, only to drive an hour to the dealer, let them keep it for 4 hours which they did not even get the vehicle into the shop, only to be told when I happened to stop to check on progress after 4 hours was told they wouldnt be getting my vehicle in to get parts installed. No phone call to say they wouldn't be getting it in, no offer to make it right as I had to take off work, drive over an hour and wait 4 hours in a city I do not live. I will not be back and will be taking my business elsewhere even if it means a 2 hour drive. Terrible Customer Service!!

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in February of 2023. - santanaorear

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in February of 2023. I was ensured by the company that they would put this car through the shop and go through everything. I picked the vehicle up and the tires and front bumper clip that was supposed to be fixed were not. They said they would have someone come look at it. They did not. I left with the vehicle since it is my only means of transportation, getting the vehicle home it starts making a loud terrible noise that I recorded and sent back to Roper Kia. They asked for me to bring it in. The fan was not bolted in and had to be replaced which they did replace without charging me. Should not have been an issue had they looked at the vehicle to begin with. A few months down the road the vehicle left me stranded. I had it towed to Roper Kia. They informed me that they could not figure out what is wrong the vehicle and that I should take it Nissan. After Nissan looked at it they found that the air filters were put in backwards which caused the mass air flow sensor to quit working. This mistake by Roper Kia is now costing my $600.00 to get fixed. Had Roper Kia actually put the vehicle in the shop and gone through it like they assured me they did then this error could have been caught if not on the first time there then at least on the second or third time that I had taken the vehicle back. The negligence of Roper Kia's service department has caused this purchase to be a nightmare and after spending close to $20,000 on a vehicle then needing to put it in the shop three times without resolution in less than a year and costing me an additional $600.00 is extremely frustrating. Roper Kia should have to reimburse me for the money I had to put out for their negligence.
