Thank you for the response. I have already reached out directly and attempted to resolve these concerns with your management team. Unfortunately, the issues were not fully addressed. Specifically: Optional products were not clearly disclosed and were initially included in the financing without proper explanation I was asked to sign a blank incentive-related document, which is not an appropriate or standard practice A customer satisfaction acknowledgment was submitted under my name with an electronic signature that is not mine These are not minor misunderstandings — they are serious concerns around transparency and documentation. I am still open to a resolution, but it will require a clear and thorough response addressing each of these issues directly.
