The man lives up to his name—he’s the Rolls-Royce of salesmen in an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation. I came in with a budget, a list of must-haves, and a wife to keep happy (the trickiest variable of all). Lou listened to what we actually needed instead of just pushing us toward the shiniest thing on the lot.
